Your Learning Pathway

Twelve stages of a journey most people walk without a map

For capable, accomplished people who have done a lot of work already and quietly suspect there is more underneath.

Spiritual transformation is not a single moment. It is a journey that unfolds across years, sometimes decades, in stages most people are never given a map for. Each stage has its own work to do, its own questions to answer, and its own way of changing how you operate. This page shows the first stretch of that journey, drawn from the Natural Design Method, in twelve stages so you can see where you are, what comes before, and where the work could take you next. The full body of work extends well beyond this page. This is where every student begins.

The Twelve Stages of the Pathway

Not sure where you fit on the pathway?

Most students begin with the Personal Inner Communication Profile (Step 1). The 2-hour consultation maps your inner blueprint and gives you the data the rest of the pathway builds on.

Step 1 The First Step of the Natural Design Method Pathway: Your Inner Architecture Mapped

Two hours, four named outcomes.

The Personal Inner Communication Profile is where every Solara student begins. A 2-hour, one-to-one consultation with a certified consultant. $480.

You walk out with four specific outcomes:

  • Your perceptual gift order, the structural map of how you naturally process the world
  • Your Inner Communication Technique, a practical method for accessing your inner direction on demand
  • Your Self-Loyalty and Sincerity Baselines, two measurable percentages that act as your Energy Mastery starting point
  • Your Current 7-Year Life Cycle, where you are right now and what is naturally arising

Quick Questions About the Profile (#5001A)

For everything in the structured pathway, yes. The pathway courses build directly on what this profile reveals, so doing them without it means working without the map. There are a small number of open-entry courses on the site that do not require the profile, but the pathway sequence does.

This profile gives you data no other approach delivers. Most students who have done other work tell us the four outcomes gave them clarity they had been searching years for, particularly the cycle stage and the self-loyalty baseline.

You move into the Foundation stage, the four-course block that builds directly on your profile findings. Most students begin Foundation within six weeks of their consultation.

This work has been taught for over 25 years and many students return after time away. If you already know your Gift Order from a previous consultation, get in touch at team@solaraacademy.com and we will help you find the right next step on the pathway from where you are now, rather than having you redo the full profile.

Step 2 Head to Heart: Restoring the Order

Six Weeks. The Mind, Quiet.

For most of life, the head has been leading. Decisions get analysed, patterns get rationalised, and the part of you that knows underneath has been drowned out. This stage is where that order is restored. We do not silence the mind. We let it quieten so the heart can lead and the inner knowing can finally be heard.

A 6-week group course (2 hours per week) for people who have spent years analysing, planning, and trying to figure things out, and quietly suspect that is the part not working. Together, in a small group, you learn what changes when the head stops leading and the heart can guide again. Live online, weekly. No prerequisite required.

Quick Questions About the Head to Heart Course (#219A)

Yes. This course is built as a starting point. No prerequisite, no required reading, and no expectation that you arrive with anything more than your attention. Many participants have tried therapy, coaching, and personal development, and come here looking for something that finally lands. Students who have already done the Personal Inner Communication Profile (Step 1 of the pathway) tend to go deeper sooner because they arrive with a map of their inner system. The course works fully on its own.

Six weeks, one live online session a week. Small group format with breakout rooms and practical techniques you take into the rest of your week.

You leave with a personal blueprint for living less from your head and more from your feeling nature, plus a working set of techniques you keep using. From here, students typically continue by moving into another course on the pathway.

Step 3 Build the Foundation: Skills You Reach For On Demand

From insight to working tools that hold across daily life.

Clarity, On Demand.

Most people leave the work of self-understanding stuck at the level of insight. They know more, but life still feels the same. Stage 3 is where insight becomes skill. This course teaches the working tools, the daily techniques, and the practical method that turn what your profile revealed into something you can reach for whenever you need it. This is where the pathway stops being a map and starts being a practice.

Quick Questions About Building the Foundation (#201)

Yes. This course builds directly on the technique introduced in your profile and on the data the profile reveals about your perceptual mode. Without that foundation, the course will not land properly. If you have not yet booked your profile, start there.

It means accessing the part of you that knows before you can explain why, on purpose rather than by accident. The course teaches a structured method that produces this clarity reliably, much like learning to read a map rather than waiting to find your way by feel.

A practical skill. The techniques are repeatable, structured, and built to work the same way each time. Most participants describe the work as grounded and surprisingly clinical for the depth it produces.

Step 4 The Practice of Self-Loyalty: Where Generosity Stops Costing You

The deeper structural work that changes how you give.

The Me First Course.

For capable, generous people, putting others first has become a default. Not because it is wrong, but because it is automatic. Stage 4 is where that default changes. The work here is not about boundaries or assertiveness training. It is about understanding what runs the pattern in the first place, and developing a practice of self-loyalty that holds even when the old habit pulls. This stage takes self-loyalty from theory into lived practice.

Quick Questions About The Me First Course (#401)

No. Assertiveness training teaches you to say no. This course works deeper, on the structural patterns that shape how you show up in every relationship and decision.

Boundaries work focuses on managing others. This course works on your relationship with yourself first. The boundaries that hold tend to follow naturally from there.

No. Most students find the work returns them to themselves rather than turning them into someone different. The course is built around clarity, not personality change.

Step 5 Your Energy Blueprint: From Drained to Energised

Where personal energy becomes a working practice.

Your Energy, Mapped.

Most people experience their energy as something that happens to them. They feel drained at the end of a day and don’t know exactly why. This stage is where personal energy stops being mysterious and starts being something you can read, map, and manage. Stage 5 teaches the structural understanding of your own energy: where it goes, what drains it, what restores it, and how to keep it with you across the demands of daily life.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About the Energy Blueprint (#455)

Yes. The profile measures your personal energy baseline, which this course works directly with. Without that data, the course will give you general principles but not the specific blueprint of your own system.

The working capacity you have to think, decide, give, and act each day. Most people experience it as feeling drained, scattered, or steady. The course teaches you to map yours specifically and recognise what is moving it in either direction.

Most students who arrive having done other energy work tell us this is the first time they have been given a structural map of their own energy rather than general principles. The four techniques are practical, repeatable, and built to work with your specific gift order from the profile.

Step 6 Walk the Pathway: Where Everything starts to Come Together

Six steps, taken at your own pace.

We have been teaching this curriculum for over twenty-five years. Each step builds on the last. Most students take them in order but rarely in a row. They weave each step with other courses and integration time, so it has space to settle before the next. From awakening to acknowledgment, this is where the work goes deep.

A1: Knowing Your Own Voice.

Most of what we believe about ourselves was placed there before we could question it. By parents, cultures, expectations, rules. This first step is where you begin to recognise the difference between what was given to you and what is genuinely yours, and clear the patterns that have been quietly running you.

View the Course →

A2: Knowing What You Actually Want.

Most ambition gets shaped by what we were told success looks like. Parents, partners, cultures, the people we wanted to please. This step separates that from what you actually want, why you are here, and what your own life is meant to be.

View the Course →

A3: Where Insight Becomes Action.

Knowing what you want is one thing. Acting on it is another. This step works the gap between insight and action: the indecision that stalls progress, the busyness that masquerades as movement, and the steady method for actually going where you said you would go.

View the Course →

A4: What Fulfilment Actually Feels Like.

Most people achieve and still feel hollow. This step separates achievement that creates fulfilment from achievement that quietly drains you. You learn to recognise the inner authority that knows the difference, and what power and success mean in your specific life rather than the borrowed templates of someone else’s.

View the Course →

A5: Trusting Your Own Direction.

There is a moment in this work where the old expectations stop fitting and the question becomes: who am I if I am not meeting them? This step is built for that moment. You let go of what no longer holds, build the habits that do, and learn to trust your own direction even when it disappoints other people.

View the Course →

A6: When the Work Becomes a Way of Living.

The final step of the curriculum is where everything you have learned becomes a way of living. Loyalty to yourself, sincerity, your communication with your inner direction, your understanding of your own energy. They stop being separate practices and become how you operate. The step also opens the path forward for students who continue.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About Pathways Level 1

Yes. Each step builds on the previous one. Most students do not take them all in a row. They pace each step with other work and integration time so each one has space to settle before the next.

The standard pace is one course a month. Each step needs space to settle before the next. Some students prefer to move faster, and we work with each student individually to set the pace that fits.

The Profile and the Life Blockage Release Consultation are recommended before this curriculum begins.

Step 7 The Inner Voice: Where Self-Talk Becomes Self-Trust

From inner critic to inner director.

When the Inner Voice Becomes a Friend.

The voice in your head has been shaping your life longer than you have been listening to it consciously. Stage 7 is where that voice stops running you and starts working for you instead. The work is structural, taking apart the patterns underneath the voice so the change holds.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About the Inner Voice (#206)

This course is built for that. Many participants come having lived with a critical or punishing inner voice for years. The work is structured and specific to your own patterns.

No. Positive thinking and affirmations work on the surface. This course works on what runs the inner voice in the first place, the borrowed voices and inherited patterns underneath, so the change holds.

This course gives you a structured method for one specific layer of the work, the inner dialogue itself. Most participants who have done other inner work tell us this is the first time they have a working method for changing what the inner voice actually says, not just managing how they react to it.

Step 8 The Gift of Feeling: Where Sensitivity Becomes Working Knowledge

You stop talking yourself out of it.

When You Learn to Trust What You Feel.

Most of us have spent years overriding what we feel. This course works on the difference between emotion (which the intellect creates and inflates) and feeling (which carries information about what is actually true). You walk out with a structured method for using your feelings as a working source of direction.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About the Gift of Feeling (#107)

Emotion is created by the intellect: anger, anxiety, frustration, the responses to thoughts about a situation. Feeling is the simpler, quieter signal underneath that knows what is right for you before the analysis starts. The course teaches you to distinguish the two reliably.

Yes. Most participants come having spent years trusting their thinking over their feeling. The course is structured for that audience and works specifically on the patterns that make feelings feel unreliable in the first place.

No. The course can be taken before, during, or after Pathways Level 1. It functions like a seventh layer of that curriculum, consolidating all the learning through your own feeling gift.

Step 9 Living From Alignment: Even When Life Throws You.

From reactive to grounded.

Steady Ground, Whatever Happens.

Most people spend their lives reacting to whatever happens. Pleasant or not, big or small, the inner state shifts with the weather. This course teaches the structured method for living from steady ground, where life’s challenges stop knocking you off centre and start becoming material the work can use.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About Living From Alignment (#812)

Alignment here is inner consistency: what you feel, what you think, and what you do moving in the same direction. Most people experience these as fragmented, with reactivity filling the gaps. This course teaches the method for closing those gaps so the inner state stays steady when life moves around you.

No. Detachment puts a wall between you and what is happening. Alignment removes the wall and lets you respond from steady ground rather than reactive ground. You feel more, not less.

Yes. This is a deeper course. The Profile, Pathways Level 1, and the Energy Blueprint are recommended before this one lands fully. Students who arrive without those foundations get value, but the work tends to shift further with that groundwork in place.

Step 10 The Serenity Stage: When Anger Stops Running the Show

The steady self underneath the reaction.

When the pattern stops running you.

Anger is not a problem to be managed away. It is a signal pointing to something underneath. Stage 10 is where the patterns running it become visible, the triggers stop having the same grip, and the steady self that has been there all along becomes reliably accessible.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About the Serenity Stage (#202)

Most participants say the same thing on arrival. The course distinguishes between hot anger (visible, expressive) and cold anger (suppressed, often disguised as patience or politeness). Almost everyone carries one, the other, or both.

Different. Anger management teaches you to suppress or redirect. This course works the patterns underneath the reaction so it has somewhere else to go entirely.

No prerequisite required for this one. Many students take it as an entry point or alongside other work.

Step 11 Rekindling: Your Own Direction, Reconnected

From mechanical to meaningful.

When the Spark Comes Back.

At some point, what used to matter stops mattering. The work that used to inspire feels mechanical. The directions that used to fit feel borrowed. The spark feels like something that happens to other people. Stage 11 is built for that moment. The work clears what has dimmed your authentic enthusiasm and reconnects you with the direction that still holds.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About Rekindling (#203)

The course is built for that. Most participants arrive having lived with disconnection or quiet depression for months or years. The work is structured and patient, not a quick lift.

Yes. The same patterns that produce serious flatness also produce mild flatness. The course works with both.

The Profile is recommended. Students who arrive with their gift order tend to find their direction faster.

Step 12 The Workshop: Where the Healing Happens

Coming back to yourself, beneath the noise.

Practical energy techniques to take into daily life.

A live online workshop where you experience the work directly: guided energy cleansing, clearing techniques, and a walk-through of Trance Healing. You leave with practical techniques you keep using in daily life.

View the Course →

Quick Questions About the Workshop (#712)

A specific energetic modality where you experience the work directly through your own system rather than studying it intellectually. The course teaches you the technique alongside the experience.

The workshop is structured and grounded. Most cautious participants tell us they were surprised at how practical it felt. You are guided through every technique, not left to figure anything out alone.

The Profile and the Life Blockage Release Consultation are recommended before this workshop. They give you the structural map and clear the patterns the workshop will work with.
